The Greater Manassas Christmas Parade is on Saturday, December 6th at 10:00 AM. Leading up to the parade, the "Santa Lights Manassas" event on Friday, December 5th features Santa's arrival on the VRE, a tree lighting ceremony, and a holiday market. Other downtown events include holiday carriage rides on the first three Sundays in December and ice skating at the Harris Pavilion.

Dec 12th - National Poinsettia Day: Each year on the 12th of December, people across the United States celebrate one of the most recognizable plants of the holidays on National Poinsettia Day. Consider highlighting a local florist or plant shop that sells Poinsettias using #NationalPoinsettiaDay

I’m originally from Beckley West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia Institute of Technology. I am a father of 2 with one serving in the Air Force and the other attending V CU. I have been involved with youth basketball, football and dance and other local activities. In my spare time, I'm a Motorcycle Enthusiast currently riding a Harley Davidson Ultra Limited and 07 Harley Fat-boy limited addition.
